Fighting fits of melancholy

Time is catching up with me.

Old wounds, thought healed I find festering and spreading.

I find myself withdrawing, taking communion daily.

Being quiet is my hope.

  1. It is hard when things we thought we had put to rest emerge again. I’m sorry. I hope you find peace in your practice of gratitude and that the dark clouds will lift to reveal a rainbow in the Sonshine.
