Self pity

It’s an odd season, and I find myself unusually irritated. So the only thing I know to do now, is to get back to Gratitude.

  1. Great advice! Hard week here as well, but every day I write down three things I am thankful for. Even in a bad mood, it is easy to do and makes the bad seem better. Have a gratitude filled weekend, Wendy, and maybe a glass of wine.😉

  2. Had my own little pity party yesterday, when I shed a few solitary tears re lack of progress, or more correctly two steps forward followed by two and a half steps back, in my recovery. At least I now close my descriptive gripe sessions by saying that I know how fortunate I have been to have been so healthy up to the ripe “old” age of 62!
