  1. Super good post. Can be very difficult for me sometimes to see all the amazing things I already have in my life, very much “the grass is greener” mentality. Then when you stop to actually make time to reflect on them it’s amazing how it makes you feel better immediately. Love the topic of gratitude, anyone who wants to share a positive story about life and mental health (such as cultivating gratitude) please drop me a line and I’ll make a post about it.
