February Enchantment challenge

Elizabeth from Tea and Paper recently posted a challenge that she started from Vanessa Sage.  It’s called Enchant your Everyday.  All are welcome to the challenge.  You can click on her name above to sign up for the challenge if you want to join the fun.

You can take a photo, or write a blog post regarding the word prompt for the day.

Today’s Word is Inspire.

My buddy Rob from the  VPub and I both enjoy the work of Steve Martin.  We’ve both posted about his Movies in the last week.

With today’s word being Inspire, Steve Martin is an inspiring person.  He’s a musician, comedian, actor, author, and became a first time father late in life, like 70.  So, my hat goes off to today’s inspiration for me Steve Martin.  He was kinda hunky too.  It’s a rare man that can wear that much silver at one time.

  1. That photo of Steve is AWESOME! I don’t think that there is a better choice for someone inspiring as Steve Martin. A renaissance man by any measure!

    • He’s a talent for sure. I was a teenager, early teen, when he was first on Saturday Night live. He already had silver hair in the late 70’s. The beard changes him up, but he’s still undoubtedly Steve Martin.

  2. You know, I was thinking the same thing yesterday. That both you and Rob have a thing for Steve Martin. I had no idea he became a first time father at 70. Now that’s courage.
At first glance, I did not recognize the photo as Steve Martin. He has certainly changed throughout the years eh.
These are great words for a challenge. I saw it on Elizabeth’s yesterday too. Hmmmm. I don’t have the time to this, but maybe some word doodling. I’ll have to think about that.
    Have a great week Wendy.

    • A new baby at 70 would take a lot of courage! Holy moly.
With all you have on your plate with your projects, I’m sure you have enough going on.
I joined the challenge for the structure, I find myself wandering, and in need to some structure and discipline. Time to buckle down.

      Have a great week!😚

      • You know Wendy, I have this ongoing joke with another blogger friend. We both think we’ve got CADHD – Creativity Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder. Hahahahaha.
You go girl. Two thumbs up for structure and discipline.

  3. Hi Wendy, so happy you have joined it. And you are right, participating of these challenges really keep our focus on the good things, the moments. For sure, Steve Martin has lots of inspiration.
