Here I am in the aftermath of Too Much holiday Cheer.
The presents are distributed,
The food is eaten,
The toasts have been made.
Three days of cooking and cleaning.
It’s all gone in a flash.
I’m serious, it’s all gone. No left overs, at all.
There is Too Little time.
Too short a span to tell my family how much I love them.
We were a very merry party of 10. In Laws, Nephews, Sons, Spouses.
There was Too Little time,
To spend with my oldest son.
Such a blur of a week, and it’s all over
Till we meet again.
I’m grateful for the Too Much, and the Too Little.
It’s all precious to me.
