  1. Hi Wendy, I don’t agree, when people are angry they say and do what comes to the mind, irrational. We are rational beings, (at least most of us), so it’s better let the anger go away and make the decision.

  2. I had to think about this one and I believe that it depends on the situation but that there’s always a kernel of truth that comes out in that flourish of angst. I think when you are the receiver of the anger it’s best to try to be in observer mode so that you can allow what doesn’t pertain to you to slide off your back and not stick ‘in your craw’ as the saying goes. When you are the angry one, I think it’s best to cool down before spewing ugliness that doesn’t serve the situation. I’ve been in both places and that’s what has helped me. ♥

      I’ve found myself weighing the actions with the words. The words were ugly, but the actions have never been ugly. It’s pretty easy to forgive and move forward, but the words still hurt, and were said to hurt and manipulate and that’s not fighting fair. Which is an action that has to be fixed.
